My car is my baby, I love my ride to be clean, I love this place because they certainly clean every single detail, I like how they always pay extra effort in cleaning the inside details since I have touch screen and all leather and plastic are cleaned separately. This is is the spot to go to get your ride cleaned. They're also fast and friendly. Big 5 star, they make your money's worth and always seem to have reasonable deals!
After speaking with the owner, he was adamant about not letting me use the vacuum system EVEN THO I CALLED ABD THEY DIDN'T ANSWER AND I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The management doesn't care if you drive out of your way to get service and find out that they're remodeling and can't be bothered to get clarification of their pricing structure.
Some of these reviews are straight made up. Don't waste your time and money. Aside from the Asian guy, staff is lazy and was more worried about checking his text messages. My car had more stained than anything
The owner is a hard working respectable man. He washed my car late Friday night by himself. His workers left early with him to finish out with the last 2 cars. I was his last customer and he kept trying to make my SUPER dirty car super clean. I had to make him stop. Its $25 for a detail but i gave him $30 however i really should have gave him $40 because it was well worth it. He lives about an hour and a half away and starts super early like 7am and finishes or takes his last customers at 8pm. A+++ for me. Like 20 stars.
I don't think they care AT ALL about customer service. Their attitude was take-it-or-leave it...
